About Me

Hi. I’m Mary Beth Kirbis, my friends call me Beth.  I love the real estate business and am a full-time, licensed Realtor serving the Western New York area for over 30 years.  I would like to share with you a more personal side of who I am as a real estate professional rather than the typical "About Me" Realtor page you often find on realtor websites.  

I combine a high-tech sensibility with high-touch sensitivity - an excitement for the modern with a reverence for enduring values.  The internet, surely, is the second best tool a Realtor can deploy - and I use the internet to its fullest potential.  But the best tool, always, is integrity, because without integrity there is nothing.

I believe in clear, detailed, complete communication.  Where other Realtors hope to dazzle you with pretty pictures, I bend over backward to tell you the whole, unvarnished truth about real estate transactions - how they succeed and why they sometimes fail.  It can be a comfort, at times, to "leave it to the experts."  Real estate decisions can have very costly, life-long consequences.  If you want to know every detail about your transaction, I'm here to share it.  

My passion is to do the best I can do, to find the best house at the best price, to find the best qualified buyer for your home, to negotiate the best terms, to help my clients reach the best decisions, making the best possible investment.  I'm not about "doing deals", I'm about building relationships.  I want for you, as my client, to be so delighted by my efforts that you cannot conceive of working with another Realtor.  

I am not a real estate "factory".  You will always speak directly to me, not an assistant.  If I am unable to take your call, I will return your call within one hour.  I am committed to providing outstanding customer service.
